Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
Delivery
Standard delivery (2-4) working days - £4.99
We ship to UK Mainland ONLY. Unfortunately we do not yet ship to Ireland.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed we will contact you as soon as possible via the email you provided at checkout. Orders are shipped to the delivery address that you provide at checkout so please make sure these are correct. We do not ship outside of the UK.

Returns
We hope that you love all of our products but if you do wish to return something then we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The postage cost to return an order is the responsibility of the customer and we ask that you please keep hold of the receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at enquiryfromthecottage@outlook.com if the item/s is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We please ask that you provide us with your full name, order number, delivery address, and photographic evidence so that we can process a claim with our couriers. A refund cannot be processed without this.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be issued as long as the order has not already been shipped. If the order has already been shipped then unfortunately you will have to follow the usual returns policy once you have received the order.
